Due to continued growth across Victoria, we’re seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our high-performing team. The Opportunity This is a fast-paced, hands-on coordination role supporting Project Managers and Supervisors across a portfolio of insurance repair projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards. We’re looking for someone with previous Project Management experience , strong construction knowledge and the ability to thrive in a dynamic insurance building environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate multiple insurance building projects from initiation through to completion Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation and reporting Liaise with clients, insurers, trades and internal stakeholders Monitor project timelines, budgets and compliance requirements Manage variations, invoices and cost tracking Ensure exceptional communication across the full claim lifecycle Maintain accurate project records and system updates About You Previous experience in Project Management or Project Coordination within construction Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial building practices Experience in insurance building (highly regarded) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and organisational capability Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems Why Join Bay Building?
